These ceramic tile glasses were hand made/painted one by one in Fes, Kingdom of Morocco. The artist’s calligraphy is found at the bottom. Fes is a Northeastern Moroccan city often referred to as the country’s cultural capital. It’s primarily known for its Fes El Bali walled medina, with medieval Marinid architecture, vibrant souks and old-world atmosphere. The medina is home to religious schools such as the 14th-century Bou Inania and Al Attarine, both decorated with elaborate cedar carvings and ornate tile work. Maison de Verbena is proud to collaborate with Fes Artists and hand-pour our organic soy wax in this 5.2 oz reusable glasses exotic Moroccan flavors such as Moroccan Mint Tea (Green), Marrakech Citrus (Blue), and Pistachio and Almonds Pastela (Brown Black), as shown here.
